Our non-profit client is seeking a Salesforce Database Administrator to play a key role in overseeing all aspects of database and CRM management, including ensuring accurate data entry into Salesforce and working with team leaders to develop the platform to business needs. This role is a key hire for our client and will ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met within all internal systems and will take the lead on strategic innovations to optimize usage of Salesforce.
Manage the accuracy and integrity of the Salesforce platform including data input with an eye to developing company-wide best practices for datamanagement update Salesforce usage, policies, and procedures to leadership Identify issues within Salesforce, research and identify methodologies of correction, and implement solutions Reconcile Salesforce data with Quickbooks data on a regular basis Maintain email database
Requirements: 7+ years Salesforce Administrator experience - Expertise Training Experience - Experience being the Sole Salesforce Administrator/Professional in an organization - ADM201 - ADM301 preferred - Great communication skills
5+ years of experience with Salesforce development -Strong development skills with Apex and Visualforce -Experience working on integration, customisations, consolidations, support, customer development and enhancements -Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 (401) and Dev 501
